Spring Walk is a drifting app where the eye is the data. A single living form that opens when you're on track, closes when you pause, and blooms when you arrive. After each drift, the app lets you revisit the environmental conditions and states that surrounded your walk.
Spring Walk uses a single form to communicate your navigation state — a living eye with four expressions. Open and alert when you're on track. Half-closed when you need to pause. Lashed and downward when you've gone wrong. Blooming into a flower when you arrive. No map. Just the eye.
The form records to five environmental conditions in real time — Temperature, Noise, Humidity, UV, and Road Crossings. Each condition can be track after the drift, displaying changes in the form's shape, texture, and colour.
Spring Walk uses four weights of Neue Frutiger World — a functional, legible, and warm typeface. The palette is built on black and white, keeping focus on the eye. The three accent colors — cold blue, mild green, hot orange — appear only when tracking a past drift.
