Editorial design project exploring late-night street food across cultures — from Peruvian Anticuchos de Corazón to Dutch Kapsalon.
The book treats dishes as cultural artifacts, each one carrying the history, economy, and rhythm of the place it comes from.
The main design challenge was building a visual system that could hold together radically different food cultures without flattening them
into a single aesthetic. The solution lives in contrast: expressive hand-lettered type and dark, atmospheric photography for the opening
sequences give way to a structured editorial interior — clean columns, bright chapter openers, illustrated spreads — that gives each dish room to breathe on its own terms.
