About

Line art motion piece that translates factual information about coyotes into a poetic visual narrative. It follows a minimalist and witty imagery narrating the tension and biases surrounding coyotes’ coexistence with humans.

Refined Storyboard

Throughout the use of vanishing broken lines and a uniform typographical style. The frames intend to build an infographic-styled animation that focuses on the message and motion of the subjects.

Initial Storyboard

Early frames incorporated photographs and vectors to sketch the narrative. A type approach was also chosen to clear clarity in the narration.

Colateral

A series of tote bags were designed to be distributed at the screening. These are meant to be a teaser for the animation and to raise awareness about the coexistence of coyotes and humans in urban areas.
